I’m a mum of two, a Star Wars lover, and a heart-led complementary therapist… but more than anything, I’m a gentle space-holder for mums who carry so much for everyone else.

I offer holistic massages, reflexology, and soulful facials in Harborne, Birmingham (UK), created especially for sensitive, overwhelmed mums who need deep rest and reconnection.

I also share online support using EFT tapping, HeartMath® techniques, and guided healing journeys, simple, gentle tools to help you regulate your nervous system and return to yourself, wherever you are.
