Hello, lovely soul – I’m Boglarka 🐝 (Bee for short).

I’m a mum of two, a Star Wars fan, and a heart-led complementary therapist… but more than anything, I’m a gentle space-holder for other mums who hold so much for everyone else.

Bee’s Holistics was born from a deep longing … my own and so many other mothers’ .. for somewhere soft to land. A cosy cave between the school runs, the mental load and the late-night overthinking. A place where you can exhale, feel your shoulders drop, and remember that you are a precious human, not just “the mum who keeps everything going”.

Here, your whole being is honoured – body, mind, and heart.
A nurturing cocoon where you’re:

• heard in your worries, your hopes, and your messy middle,

• gently guided back to your inner wisdom and quiet strength.

My mission is to walk beside you on that journey from head to heart – from overwhelm and self-doubt, back to your intuition, your inner calm, your soul-strong centre. Because you matter. Your story, your light, your way of mothering, they are needed in this world.

I offer hands-on treatments in Harborne, Birmingham (UK) including holistic massage, reflexology, and soulful facials – especially for tired, sensitive, heart-full women and mums. I also hold space online, weaving together HeartMath® tools, EFT, and guided journeys for those I’m meant to support from afar.

You’ll find offerings and resources crafted with intention: some lovingly priced, others gifted freely, but all shared with the hope that they bring comfort, regulation, and a little everyday magic into your world.
