Cancellations with Care

Your appointment is time I prepare just for you.

I understand life can be unpredictable, and I hold this with compassion and care.

Notice period

You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your treatment with no charge.

If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, a 10% fee of your treatment price is payable to help cover room hire, preparation, and the time set aside (e.g. a £60 treatment = £6).

If something unexpected and genuinely urgent arises, please reach out, I’ll always consider compassionate exceptions.
