Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Honouring your time, my time, and the healing space we create together

When you book a session with me, I set that time aside just for you. I prepare the space, my energy, and often childcare and other commitments around your appointment. Because of this, I kindly ask that you honour the following cancellation guidelines.

Changing or cancelling your appointment

  • You are very welcome to reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before your appointment time without any charge.

  • If you need to change or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will be due, as it is usually not possible to offer that space to someone else at such short notice.

I truly understand that life happens – especially when you’re caring for little ones – so if something unexpected occurs, please just let me know as soon as you can.

Illness & contagious conditions

If you are feeling unwell with anything contagious (for in-person sessions), please let me know and we will reschedule your appointment. Your wellbeing, and the wellbeing of other clients and my family, matters deeply.

  • In the case of sudden illness on the day, please contact me as soon as possible. At my discretion, the fee may be waived or transferred to a future session.

Late arrivals

  • If you arrive late, I will always do my best to give you the most nourishing session possible in the remaining time.

  • Unfortunately, I am not usually able to extend your session beyond the original finish time, as this impacts those booked after you.

  • The full fee still applies for late arrivals.

No-shows

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted me to cancel or reschedule, this is considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged.

Online sessions & technical difficulties

For online sessions, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space where you can be as present and comfortable as possible.

  • If there are minor technical issues, we’ll do our best to work around them.

  • If we need to abandon the session due to serious technical problems on my side, we will rearrange your session at no extra cost.

  • If the difficulties are on your side and prevent us from working, this may be treated as a late cancellation, and the usual policy will apply, though I will always look at the situation with compassion and fairness.
